Mon. & Wed. 5:00-6:00pm
Tues. & Thu. 5:30-6:30pm
Saturday 12:00-1:00pm

Training areas of concentration: Speed development, Running fundamentals, Plyometrics, Force production, Core strength, Strength training, Stability, Change of direction and Quickness.

Group training for adults. We focus on training like athletes when it comes to be competitive and doing more than the normal fitness class. These classes are never boring and will always challenge you to be the best you in the gym.

Areas of Concentration: Strength, Core, Stablization, Footwork, HIIT, Glutes & Cardio!

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

This class is for adults only and will be very fast and straight to the point. This class is to come and get a quick sweat in to finish off the day. Training areas of concentration: Fast pace, Core, Full body, Cardio, Conditioning, Strength and more!

CAELON HARDEN

University of Memphis graduate of Sports Management & Marketing who is currently furthering education as a certified strength & condition specialist (CSCS) while interning with the University of Memphis Strength & Conditioning staff. I’ve played collegiate (D1) baseball and football at various universities such as, University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Louisiana State and at the University of Memphis.
