Head of Speed, Performance & Strength
University of Memphis graduate of Sports Management & Marketing who is currently furthering education as a certified strength & condition specialist (CSCS) while interning with the University of Memphis Strength & Conditioning staff.
Cole Peppers
Speed and strength coach
Coming from a college football background with experience in other sports; he has substantial knowledge in developing strength, speed, and overall athleticism. He also has a passion as well as ample experience in personal fitness, diet and nutrition coaching.
Gary Miller
Performance Coach
Coach Miller is a part of the Arlington football and Wrestling coaching staff at Arlington High School. Coach Miller has been coaching football for 7 years now and wrestling for 3 years. He was awarded assistant coach of the year in 2021 for Wrestling. Coach Miller is a graduate of Arlington High School (2016). Gary is currently a paraprofessional for the highschool while pursuing a BSE degree from the University of Memphis. Certified Personal Trainer.

A dedicated University of Memphis track and field alumni leveraging a dynamic blend of experience and knowledge. Specialized in enhancing athlete performance through comprehensive strength and conditioning strategies. Currently, the Collierville Track and Field Strength and Conditioning Coach and Assistant Sprints Coach, with a proven track record of fostering powerful, explosive, stronger, and faster athletes. Extensive background in personal training further enriches expertise in optimizing individual athletic potential.
