Private athletic training with one of our certified speed, sport performance or strength and conditioning coaches. All workout regimens will be tailored towards the athlete's needs and/or request.

 

Please schedule your session on the website after finalizing your purchase. All athletes must to wear athletic clothing and comfortable shoes that fit properly.

 

ALL ATHLETES REQUIRE A SPEED ASSESSMENT/OBSERVATION SESSION ($50) BEFORE STARTING WORKOUT REGIMEN.
